Ingredients
- 1 and 1/3 cup of whole grain oats
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Add oats and baking powder to a blender and blend until they are as fine as flour. Remove to a bowl.
- Add the cottage cheese, eggs, water, vanilla, oil and cinnamon to the blender and blend until smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Put a tiny piece of butter in a hot pan to make the bottom not sticky.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mix for each pancake and pour in the pan. Cook on one side until bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook on the other side.

This pancakes are very healthy... they are gluten free and sugar free :)
They are very easy to make.. I recommend to all of you to try for a special breakfast :)
For topping you can put any fruits that you have home and mix with cinnamon and honey like I did....but if you really like chocolate you can mix with NUTELLA :) (NOOOOO)
