ZADAR | THE FIRST CITY

4.9.17

Hi babes I am backkkkk.... I have so many post to make about Croatia.. I hope that you will not get bored of seeing so many things about there but I think I have kind of 800 or 900 files just from 10 days...  I know, I think my "personal photographer" got very excited with that country.

We did a trip of 10 days around Croatia.

The first day we flew from Paphos, Cyprus, to London Stansted, and from there, we flew to Zadar, Croatia, with guess who, RYANAIR... ahahaha.

Zadar is the historycal center of Dalmatia county.

The first stop was this place called Morske Orgulje, the sea organ.
There you can hear sounds made by the sea waves, such a magical place to be, as you can see in the pictures, on the steps there are few small holes from here the sound comes, and it makes everything look magical and peaceful.

One of the most tourist places is the area of the Church of St. Donatus (fee entrance) and the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (free entrance).

This was the outfit that I chose for the first day, believe me or not, I travelled with a really light cabin bag.
When you travel a lot with only a cabin bag, you start to learn how to pack only the essentials. You don't need to many things to make something nice, casual, feminine and comfortable at the same time, we just need to use our creativity.

Here was the view above the bridge that connects the old part with a new part of Zadar.

We almost lost this amazing sunset, but we arrived on time to shoot this amazing sky colours, you couldn't imagine how many people were there to watch the sunset.

And finally another very touristic spot, The Greeting of the Sun, a modern monument to the sun, consisting of solar panels that create a colourful light show at night. I manage to take one picture to show how original and cool is that place.

We stayed in a place called Apartments and Room's Anni, it was around 15 minutes walking distance to the old town, really nice and quiet area.

We ate at one restaurante called La Cucina, was as well very affordable and good quality.

Zadar is not a big city, you need one day to see  the principal attractions.
